The Purpose of Travel

The graph records some calculations of survey result at metropolitan airport about the purpose of trip (business, visit family, holiday, and others) during four different months starting from March, June, September, and December in 2002 in which Business is the highest trip purpose taken mostly by the travelers and others is the lowest trip purpose used by the travelers.

In accordance with the graph, business trip purpose is mostly taken in March 2002 with 73% by the travelers during four different months in 2002. Holiday purpose is the second trip purpose mostly taken by the travelers in June 2002 with 54%. Close to holiday purpose, visit family purpose also taken mostly by the travelers in December 2002 with 26%; then it is closely followed by other purpose in March 2002 with 3%.        

In conclusion, we can interpret that there are four trip purposes namely; business, holiday, visit family , and others taken by the travelers during four different months (March, June, September, and December) in 2002. And Business trip purpose is taken mostly in March 2002, holiday purpose is taken in June 2002, visit family purpose is taken in December 2002, and others also used mostly by the travelers in March 2002 by 3%.
